		<description><![CDATA[<p>因为项目中使用timer的时候需要用到暂停功能，所以自己基于timer写了一个带有暂停功能的工具类。</p>
<p>关于暂停功能的解释：比如我们设定timer每10秒执行一次，但是到了4秒的时候我们需要暂停timer,等之后再让timer继续执行的时候，想再等6秒便可以触发timer的事件。<br />
timer本身是不可以实现以上功能的，因为stop后再调用start,会重新计算延迟10秒。所以我写了这个工具满足上面的需求。</p>
